THE ELIXIR
In 2008, three experienced businessmen with a combined 50 years of experience in Kenyan and international economies came together to construct Elixir, a 15-apartment, 7-floor high building on Mvuli Road, under the name of Bluebell Properties.
THE GATEWAY
Jade Homes' success with Elixir led them to undertake a bigger project - The Gateway. They found a prime location on Gatundu Crescent in Kileleshwa and began construction, offering better finishes than Elixir at a reasonable price.
THE ADDRESS
Encouraged by the triumph of Gateway and Elixir, the board members initiated their most daring venture. The Address is an exceptional edifice in Nairobi that is bound to become one of the most sought-after properties in the region for years to come.

Jade Residency is a boutique development that offers luxury apartments centrally located in Kilimani, Nairobi, off Ngong Road.
